The administrator of your personal data is the company „MKCODE” with Tax Identification Number: 9710714251 based in Poland.

This policy has been drawn up in the Polish language. To the extent that the translated version conflicts with the English version, the Polish version shall prevail. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the products or services of external parties or to the practices of companies that we do not own or report to.

Information collected by Flocky

We collect information that directly or indirectly identifies you if you choose to share it. We receive information in several different ways, including when you download, complete or conduct activities through our services. We also collect information from third parties, such as when you access our services through your Facebook account. See below for more detailed information.

Information you provide to us

Flocky allows you to register and log in to the application through your Facebook account. By creating an account, you provide us with basic information necessary for the service to operate, such as your gender, date of birth, first name, last name, email address and profile picture. This information is collected by Facebook and is provided to Flocky in accordance with their privacy policy.
By filling out a profile, you provide us with information about your favorite activities and skills you have. You may also allow us access to your camera or photo album. By providing us with this information, you consent for us to process it.
As part of the operation of our app, we also process chats with other users, as well as collect information about ratings, reviews and other content you share with us, including when you participate in individual and team events

Third-party service accounts:

Flocky allows you to register and log in to the application using a third-party service account, such as Facebook. If you access services through third-party accounts, we collect information that you have agreed to share, such as your name, email address, gender date of birth, profile photo. This information is collected by the provider and is provided to Flocky in accordance with their privacy policy. You can control the information we receive from these sources by using the privacy controls on these third-party accounts

Location information

We collect and process location information when you register and use the Services. We do not track the location of your device when you are not using Flocky, but in order for the Flocky application to function properly, it is necessary for you to send us your location. If you would like to send us a fixed location, you can save it as your default location from the app settings

Device information

We collect and process hardware and software information, such as device ID and type, device and application settings and specifications, application crashes, and device or service identifiers that uniquely identify your device

Deleting information and accounts and downloading your data

You can stop the collection of all information by the app at any time by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process on your device.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, modify or delete your information. We provide the same set of privacy tools and controls to all our users worldwide. Some rights may vary due to your area of residence.

Storage of information

We make every effort to protect users from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal information. We use third-party server service providers that provide full protection against unauthorized access.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services to you and others and in accordance with applicable laws. Information associated with your account will generally be retained until it is no longer needed to provide the Services or until your account is deleted.
